I have a funeral booklet for Minnie Maud SOUTHALL, nee Smith 1882 - 1941. She is my paternal great aunt. Her husband and his family ran Southall’s tea factory in Cape Town back in the day.
The document is quite badly damaged, nibbled by mice and so on. Was kept in a country shed in the Western Australian wheatbelt for about half a century. Today was probably the first time since 1941 someone had untied that cord too!
